The skirt is fairly full and flows out from an almost empire waist. The fabric used is a semi sheer cotton mix so it has this wonderful light airy feel but is not so on the cotton side as to feel like a casual piece. There is a band that circles the waist and then the front plunges in a deep V with wide billowy sleeves that have no side seams they just flow
